• Eco-Friendly Packaging: We’ve swapped out plastic straws for paper alternatives and use eco-conscious takeaway boxes, ensuring you can enjoy your meal while reducing waste.
• Locally Sourced Ingredients: We proudly source as much of our fruit, vegetables, and edible flowers from Pickers & Growers Dorset, ensuring that our dishes are as fresh and sustainable as possible.
• Supporting Local Producers: Our meat comes from a trusted local butcher, and we use local eggs in all our dishes, reducing food miles and supporting local, ethical farming practices.
• Recycling: We’ve implemented a comprehensive recycling system to ensure all recyclables—paper, plastic, and glass—are properly sorted.
• Coffee Grounds & Egg Shells: Used coffee grounds and egg shells are repurposed in our garden to enrich the soil and nourish our plants.
• Sustainable Serviettes: Our serviettes are made from recycled materials, making sure every part of your meal experience is eco-friendly.
• Cycle to Work Scheme: We also offer the Cycle to Work Scheme for our staff, encouraging sustainable commuting and reducing our overall carbon footprint.
By making these small but impactful changes, we’re doing our part to create a greener, more sustainable future. Thank you for supporting us on this journey! We continue to implement more changes in 2025.
